The father of fitness, Jack Lalanne, who will turn 93 on September 26,  makes a speech, shows of his boxing skills and hits a front double bicep pose after receiving  his second Life Time Achievement Award  on Monday, September 3 during the 2007 Muscle Beach Championship in Venice. "If man made it, don't eat it" he said during his speech on Monday.
