(3) Binky La Rue, a three year-old Chihuahua mix who was born without his two front legs, walks down the Third Street Promenade dressed as the Headless Horseman. Binky La Rue, won the costume contest and received a gift basket from Three Dog Bakery. Proceeds from the costume contest was to donated to Much Love Animal Rescue.
