About a 100 protesters from community, labor and social service groups rallied against Gov. Schwarzenegger's proposed budget cuts on Monday, July 20, 2009, at the Santa Monica Airport, which the governor uses frequently to fly to Sacramento from his home in Brentwood. The state is facing a $26.3-billion budget deficit.
