Outreach Director of Chabad House in Simcha Monica, Yisroel Y. Levitansky, pushes his mobile Menorah and Mitzvah on the spot cart through the Santa Monica Farmers Market on Sunday, December 4, 2011.  The first night of Chanukah is on the 20^th of December.
