Santa Monica Kiwanian Greg Mullen helps Jade Morales, 7, pick clothing during the The Salvation Army Santa Monica Corps’ 29th Annual Sears Holiday Shopping Spree on Tuesday November 19, 2013. 105 boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 11 were given $100 to buy clothes and shoes for the winter. Volunteers from The Salvation Army Santa Monica Corps Community Center's Advisory Board, service clubs, businesses, and near-by schools escorted and assist each child as they made their selections and purchases. Santa Claus, though not shopping, visited with the children while the Salvation Army band filled the air with the sounds of holiday music.
