Pollen and the Ring of Harmony

Eco-advocate and sci-fi author Francis T. Perry Williams goes over the script during the reading of his Science Fiction environmental screenplay entitled, "Pollen and the Ring of Harmony," at the Ritz-Carlton on Saturday, January 11, 2014. Actor Ray Liotta  read the part of Reb and his daughter, Karsen, read the part of Chloe. The screenplay is about an alien named Pollen who is a protector of nature. Pollen travels the universe protecting nature when there is an imbalance. This imbalance has brought him to Earth. Accompanying Pollen is a mysterious living ring with unimaginable powers akin to God-like, which allows Pollen to serve as a noble "green" messiah. 


Actor/Producer Frankie Cassavetes sponsored the first reading. 

Williams holds a degree in drama and a minor in art and music from San Diego State University, where he wrote, directed and acted in several plays. He appeared in a several sitcoms in the 1980s including “Happy Days,” “Bosom Buddies,” “Mash” and “Laverne and Shirley.” In addition to his acting career, Williams has experience behind the scenes as a contributing writer for “Laverne and Shirley” and a production assistant for Paramount Studios.
