Happy #PARKingDay #SantaMonica! Today, this metered parking space was transformed into a pop-up park at Arizona and the #thirdstreetpromenade. Park(ing) Day is a world-wide event in which metered parking spaces are temporarily transformed into public parks for all to enjoy.
