Miami Horror performs during the 33rd annual Twillight Concert at the Santa Monica Pier, Thursday, July 27, 2017. The all-ages concert series is co-produced by the Santa Monica Pier Corp.& RH&S Concerts. The series goes through August 17. The Santa Monica Pier Corporation (SMPC) is a non-profit, public benefit corporation dedicated to preserving and enhancing the Santa Monica Pier experience for all visitors. RH&S Concerts is a joint venture between independent Los Angeles-based concert promotion firms Rum & Humble and Spaceland Presents, b oth of whom have played a key role in bringing a wide variety of cutting edge and heritage talent to venues throughout the Los Angeles area.
