Kites fly high above Santa Monica beach during the 7th annual Otis Kite Festival on Saturday, April 14, 2018. The Kite Festival was developed by Otis College of Art and Design’s Creative Action Program to bring families and communities throughout the Los Angeles region together for a fun-filled day of learning, creating art, and kite flying.
