Swimmers run into the chilly Pacific Ocean during the 53rd Annual Venice Penguin Swim on New Years Day - Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at the Venice Beach Breakwater. The 2013 Penguin Swim featured more than 80 participants, three-foot waves, 57° degree weather, with a water temperature of 55°degrees.
