Santa Monica Firefighters attemp to rescue a man on the Palisades Bluffs, Wednesday, September 23, 2020. After around 10 minutes, the man told the Firefighters that he was homeless and that is his "pad." The Firefighters called off the rescue and left the man in place. The north bound lanes on the PCH were closed for around 15 minutes. ๐

A Santa Monica Police Officer threatens to give a citation to volleyball players at Santa Monica Beach for shoveling away sand mounds on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. No citation were issued. Volleyball players continued to shovel away sand from courts as soon as police departed.
