Falun Dafa

Falun Dafa practitioners parade down the Santa Monica Pier on Saturday October 17, 2015. Yesterday, more than 4500 Falun Dafa practitioners from 36 countries attended the US West Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference in Los Angeles. To raise awareness about the persecution, Falun Gong practitioners come to Palisades Park every weekend. They inform people about the persecution in China and help Chinese people to take a stance against the atrocities by renouncing their memberships in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. Reports of organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners and other political prisoners in China have raised increasing concern in the international community in recent years. According to the reports, political prisoners, mainly Falun Gong practitioners, are being executed "on demand" in order to provide organs to recipients. Falun Gong (also commonly known as “Falun Dafa”) is an ancient Chinese spiritual discipline in the Buddhist tradition.
