At Gold Gym in Venice on Wednesday morning, John Stomponoto, 48, does a set of 12 reps with two hundred  pounds on the chest press machine as his workout partner Manuel Saenzpardo, 43, gives him a spot. Stomponoto and Saenzpardo have been training together for  the past 13 years. They meet at Gold's Gym to workout together five times per week at 8am. Each session take about an hour. They do a three day split training routine. Day one is chest and back, day two is legs and day three they train their shoulders and arms.
