Tim Dillenbeck, 54, also known as the ‘Bubble Man,’ performs for children at the Santa Monica Pier on Saturday April 22, 2006. Following a stay-away order, and then a plea bargain last week on multiple charges of illegal camping, Dillenbeck is back in business. The former sound technician for arena rock bands was ordered to serve three years summary probation. See previous blog entry of Mr. Bubbles
