Karen Patterson juggles six pins back am forth with her 16 year old son Mike Byington on Sataurday, April 8, 2006 at Muscle Beach in Santa Monica. Byington in a member of the Great All-American Youth Circus (a community circus) that is headquartered at the YMCA of Redlands.
