Santa Monica Police Department Officer, Art Williams, looks underneath of a vehicle  with the aide of a mirror at Ocean Avenue on Thursday, June 29, 2006. All vehicle driving onto the Santa Monica Pier were inspected. Security will be increased over the Forth of July weekend.
