Santa Monica Police Department  Officer, Capri Redondo, 36,  attempts to recruit Tom Magee, 48, a former World Super Heavy Weight Powerlifting Champion during a recruiting expo at Golds Gym in Venice on Wednesday, August 9, 2006. Unlike other Police Departments, SMPD has no upper age limit. The starting salary is $5,179.00 per month.
