(top) Infection Control Nurse from Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital Geri Braddock, AKA Grand Duchess of Disease and Pestilence, gives out a hand sanitizes to Sylvia Jauregui RN on Halloween, October 31, 2007. Braddock was reminding staff and patients to wash their hands with warm water and soap for a minimum of 15 seconds to kill germs. When soap and water are not available,  use  alcohol based disposable hand rubs or gel sanitizes.
