Santa Monica Police Department's Morning Watch Officer, Robert D'Andrea, 31, practices his driving skills through an obsticle course on a All-Terrain-Vehicle (ATV) on Tuesday during the Department's Yearly Beach Vehicle Operation Training. Officer D'Andrea is this years recipient of the American Legion's  2006-2007 Law Officer of the Year.
