Frankenstein, a re-animation

The Santa Monica College Theatre Arts cast runs through a dress rehearsel of "Frankenstein, a re-animation" on Thursday, April 23, 2009, at the SMC Studio Stage. This adaptation presents a whole new look at Mary Shelley's classic horror tale . SMC theatre arts professor Terrin Adair, who also directs this production, created this latest adaptation of Victor Frankenstein's experiments with the dangerous processes in the reanimation of life. The book, and the play, question the consequences and responsibilities man ultimately owes to his own creations. Show times are Friday at 8 p.m. Saturday at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $10.
