JAIL BIRD

Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce Board Member Jeffrey L. Jarow makes a cell call from behind bars to raise money in order to 'post bail'  (or ‘raise money’ for the organization) during the  Muscular Dystrophy Association's (MDA) Annual Lock-Up fundraising campaign at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company on Wednesday, Feb 24, 2010.
