Shipwreck

A man looks at the wreckage of  a 30-foot sailboat at Venice Beach on Friday, May 28, 2010. The sailboat  washed ashore amid near-gale conditions on Sunday with no one on board. The boat’s skipper, Tom Kirschbaum, 55, of Los Angeles,  set off from   Catalina Island for Marina del Rey on Sunday. Kirschbaum's  body was found on Wednesday 4 miles off the waters of Long Beach by people aboard a charter fishing boat
