Tickle Me Elmo

Santa Monica Pier legend Michael Cladis dressed as Elmo dances with children at the Santa Monica Pier during the kicks off  Concert Series, "Wake Up With The Waves" on Saturday, September 10, 2011. The children's interactive concert series are held every Saturday morning through October 29, 2011.
