Artist Jose Guzman, 24, paints during Pico Youth and Family Center's  (PYFC)  "Rhyme & Dine" after school event on Friday, September 2, 2011. PYFC works to mediate gang and race-related conflicts among area youth  and offers after-school tutoring programs.
