Kathy Kohner-Zuckerman, who was the real life inspiration for the fictional character of Franzie (nicknamed Gidget) from the 1957 novel, “Gidget,” plays the guitar during WAKE UP WITH THE WAVES - A Children's Concert Series at the Santa Monica Pier on Saturday, September 29, 2012.
