Homeless in Santa Monica

An #unhoused #homeless man lays on the #SantaMonica Beach Bike Path, Saturday, May 22, 2021. This homeless man has been living in this same spot for around a month. This area is heavily trafficked by the Santa Monica Police and Harbor Patrol, Los Angeles County Lifeguards and outreach teams from The People Concern and West Coast Cares. Although the man was requesting water, there was a full cup and a bottle by his side.
