The Third Street Promenade was lively today as Pride on the Promenade commenced. Part of the month-long SaMo Pride celebration, the event featured musical performances by OUTLOUD, games, giveaways, and a retail pop-up marketplace showcasing local LGBTQ+ businesses. Local service providers and community groups offered support and resources. This year's event was sponsored by LA County Supervisor, 3rd District, Lindsey Horvath.
